Gardiennage is the French term for looking after a boat whose owner is not on the island. That is exactly what we do: our engineers and cleaners visit your boat on a regular schedule, check her systems, keep her clean and send you a report, so you always know how she is doing.
We work from our technical bases in Puerto Portals and Santa Ponsa, and we look after boats in Port of Palma, Marina Palma Cuarentenaria, Club de Mar, Port Adriano, Puerto de Andratx and Puerto Portals.

Winterisation and winter care
Mallorca is kind to boats for most of the year, but winter brings storms, damp and long weeks with nobody on board. Winterising means draining the water system, protecting engines and batteries, checking the antifouling and making sure everything is closed, secured and ventilated before the bad weather arrives.
We can do all of it while your boat stays in her berth, or move her to our own indoor storage in Santa Ponsa. When the season starts again, she comes back to you ready to go.

Gardiennage and indoor storage in Santa Ponsa
Alongside the regular visits, we have our own 2,300 m² indoor storage in Santa Ponsa, with covered space for boats of up to 18 metres. It is lit, ventilated and protected by 24-hour security, which keeps your boat away from sun, salt and storms during the months you are not using her.
The storage service includes collecting your boat from her berth, the lift and the launch. Tell us the day you want her back and she will be in the water, cleaned and ready.
We also look after tenders and chase boats, and we can hold your keys and coordinate access for surveyors, insurers or any other contractor.
