Looking for somewhere safe to leave your boat over the winter? We have our own 2,300 m² indoor storage in Son Bugadellas, Santa Ponsa, with room for yachts, motorboats, RIBs and tenders of up to 18 metres.
It is fully enclosed, lit and ventilated, with 24/7 CCTV, fire prevention systems and restricted access. Every boat in our care is covered by comprehensive insurance.
A boat that spends the winter ashore, dry and out of the weather, needs fewer repairs and holds its value better than one left in the water for months without anyone on board.
What the storage service includes

Why indoor storage rather than leaving her in the water
Winter in Mallorca means storms, salt, damp and weeks with nobody on board. Ashore and under cover, the problems that come with all that simply do not happen.
- No weather damage. No sun on the gelcoat, no rain in the cockpit, no storm chafing the mooring lines.
- No growth on the hull. The boat comes out clean and stays clean, and the antifouling lasts longer.
- Less damp inside. A ventilated shed keeps mould away from upholstery and mattresses.
- Cheaper maintenance. With the boat ashore, any work gets done without the extra cost of lifting her out for it.
Book early. Indoor space in Mallorca is limited and the winter season starts in October. Most years we fill up during late August and September, so the sooner you reserve your place, the better.

- Refit: a full overhaul, from teak decking to upholstery, paint and system upgrades.
Our engineers check the boat when she comes out of the water, tell you what she needs and quote for it. Nothing gets done until you approve it.

Our main offices are located in Puerto Portals (Astillero) and Santa Ponsa (Son Bugadellas). We own a secure, fully enclosed 2,300-square-meter indoor storage facility. 2. Can you collect and drop off my boat directly from my mooring in Palma or Calvià?
Yes, we provide a full skipper and transport service. Our team can collect your boat or yacht tender directly from its mooring in Palma de Mallorca, Puerto Portals, Santa Ponsa, or any other marina in Mallorca. We handle the sea trial, towing, land transport to our indoor warehouse, and we will deliver it back to your pontoon completely clean and ready to sail.
3. What is the maximum boat size you can accommodate in your indoor storage?
Our indoor boat storage facility in Calvià is fully optimized to accommodate center consoles, day boats, and yacht tenders up to 18 meters in length. The warehouse features extra-high ceilings and specialized cradles to ensure that larger RIBs and motorboats are stored safely.
4. Is the facility secure, and is my boat insured while in your custody?
Security is our top priority. Our indoor boat storage in Mallorca features 24/7 CCTV surveillance, advanced fire prevention systems, and restricted access. Furthermore, every vessel under our custody is covered by comprehensive insurance.
5. Can I access my boat during the winter, or request maintenance work?
Absolutely. While your boat is wintering with us, our in-house team at PSB Marine Service can carry out full maintenance, engine servicing, antifouling, and yacht refits. We are also authorized installers for Seakeeper and Seakeeper Ride in Mallorca.
6. How far in advance do I need to book my winter storage space in Mallorca?
Due to high demand for indoor storage space in Mallorca during the winter season, we highly recommend booking your slot by late August or September. Spaces for boats up to 18 meters fill up quickly before the winterization season begins in October.
7. Do you provide winterization services for engines and onboard systems?
Yes, we perform full engine winterization (Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yamaha, etc.) as part of our storage packages. This includes flushing the cooling system with freshwater, adding anti-freeze, changing oils/filters, disconnecting batteries, and treating fuel systems to ensure everything works perfectly in spring.
8. Can you store yacht tenders and jet skis from larger yachts anchored in Palma?
Yes, we specialize in the storage and maintenance of yacht tenders, chase boats, and jet skis for superyachts operating in the Balearic Islands. We can coordinate directly with the yacht's captain for seamless pickup and delivery at any dock in Palma or Puerto Portals.
9. What are your boat storage rates in Mallorca?

10. How long does it take to prepare and deliver my boat back when the season starts?
We require a 2 to 3-week notice prior to your desired launch date. This allows our team to perform a thorough de-winterization process, including battery reinstallation, system checks, final engine diagnostic, hull cleaning, and a sea trial before delivering it back to your mooring.
